Refund policy

At ZIVX, we strive to deliver quality electronic products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns
ZIVX does not offer returns or exchanges on any products.

Once an order is delivered successfully, it cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind, dislike, incorrect selection, or compatibility issues.

Replacements (Defective Products Only)
Replacement is applicable only in case of a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a replacement:

* The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
* A clear unboxing video of the sealed and unopened package is mandatory
* The video must clearly show the package, seal, product, and the defect

Replacement requests without an unboxing video or raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, wear and tear, or damage caused after use are not covered under replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with:

* Order ID
* Issue description
* Unboxing video

We will review the request and arrange a replacement if approved.

Refunds (Undelivered / RTO Orders Only)
Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders that are:

* Undelivered
* Returned to origin (RTO)

Once the order is received back at origin, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method, after deducting applicable shipping charges.

No refunds will be issued for successfully delivered products.

Sale Items
All sale or discounted products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is not available on ZIVX. All orders must be prepaid.

International Orders
ZIVX does not offer international shipping. Therefore, international return or refund policies do not apply.
