ZIVX currently ships across India only.
Delivery is subject to courier serviceability in your location.

Non-metro cities and towns: 4–7 business days
Remote or rural locations: 6–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional periods at ZIVX’s discretion.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment using the provided link to view real-time delivery updates.

Packaging and Safety
All ZIVX products are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
If you receive a visibly damaged package, do not accept the delivery and contact our support team immediately.

Delivery Issues
If you experience any of the following issues:

* Damaged product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and supporting proof (such as images or an unboxing video, where applicable). Requests raised after this window may not be accepted.

Address and Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
ZIVX will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returns to origin caused by incorrect or incomplete address or contact details.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders on ZIVX must be prepaid.
