Overview
Welcome to ZIVX. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ZIVX. ZIVX operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, products and services (collectively, the “Services”). ZIVX is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By accessing, browsing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Section 1 – Eligibility and Account
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence or are using the Services under the supervision of a legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information while placing orders or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred or used by any other person.

Section 2 – Products and Information
We make every effort to display product details accurately. However, actual product color, finish or appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting conditions.

Product specifications, descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. ZIVX reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Fast charging is limited to 12W where applicable. Power banks include USB-A and USB-C output ports. Charging case battery capacity for PodX products is not disclosed.

Section 3 – Orders and Payments
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order acceptance by ZIVX.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible.

Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders must be prepaid.

Section 4 – Pricing and Billing
All prices listed are in INR and inclusive or exclusive of taxes as mentioned on the product page. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is available on all orders unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge the payment method used at checkout.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and usually range from 5–7 days after dispatch. ZIVX is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may result in delayed or failed delivery. ZIVX is not liable for loss or delays caused due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

Section 6 – Returns, Replacements and Refunds
ZIVX does not offer returns or exchanges.

Replacements are applicable only for defective products and must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. A clear unboxing video of the sealed, unopened package is mandatory as proof. Requests without the required video or outside the timeline will not be accepted.

Refunds for prepaid orders that are undelivered or returned to origin will be processed within 3–5 business days after the product is received back at origin, after deducting applicable shipping charges.

Section 7 – Warranty
ZIVX provides a 100-day limited warranty on watches and power banks purchased exclusively from zivx.in.

The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims require valid proof of purchase and may be rejected if the product shows signs of damage not covered under warranty terms.

Country of origin:
Power banks are manufactured in India.
Other electronic products are manufactured in China.

Section 8 – Intellectual Property
All content on the website including text, images, graphics, logos, videos and designs is the property of ZIVX or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without prior written permission from ZIVX.

Section 9 – Third-Party Services
Our Services may include tools or links provided by third parties. ZIVX is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party websites or services. Use of such services is at your own risk.

Section 10 – Shopify Platform
ZIVX is powered by Shopify. Any purchase made on this store is a transaction solely between you and ZIVX. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale, delivery or product quality.

Section 11 – Privacy and Communication
Your personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to receive transactional, promotional and marketing communications by email, SMS and WhatsApp by default. You may opt out at any time.

Section 12 – Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions or reviews shared with ZIVX may be used by us for marketing, improvement or promotional purposes without obligation or compensation.

Section 13 – Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful activities, infringement of intellectual property, spreading malware, spamming, misrepresentation or any activity that may harm ZIVX or other users.

Section 14 – Termination
ZIVX may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time without notice if these Terms are violated. Obligations incurred prior to termination will survive termination.

Section 15 – Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ZIVX makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.

Section 16 – Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZIVX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or products.

Section 17 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZIVX from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Section 18 – Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Section 19 – Changes to Terms
ZIVX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
