The product which I was receive was damage and already raise the complaint for that
Sound quality is okay, however plastic quality especially buttons and fit and finish needs to be better. Also it's cushion size is small , so does not fit well, overall fit is also tight. I hope you take this feedback positively for improvement. I'm fine with the product at offer price, however at the MRP it may not be worth in the market. Wish you all the best for your future and sales.
Product NEVER worked for even one second, despite charging, retrying. Took up with Paytm whose app had provided the special discount voucher for the same. After spending a lot of time, sharing details, photos, got no solution, not even contact details of the vendor.
Then approached ZOP, gave exhaustive details & photos to geta standard reply of the purchase being time-barred.
As item is offered ONLY on prepaid basis, then the stone-walling first by Paytm, then ZOP, one feels cheated. Is rejected - discarded material being offered on heavy discount by the vendor with support from Paytm? Seems so.
I have escalated my 8ss to the Nodal Authority at Shiprocket a day ago, await a positive response.
