It is not working I want my refund for this product , plus it is broken too!
Pethatic
First day itself it has broken, very poor quality
Defective product.
The product which I was receive was damage and already raise the complaint for that
Sound quality is okay, however plastic quality especially buttons and fit and finish needs to be better. Also it's cushion size is small , so does not fit well, overall fit is also tight. I hope you take this feedback positively for improvement. I'm fine with the product at offer price, however at the MRP it may not be worth in the market. Wish you all the best for your future and sales.
Product NEVER worked for even one second, despite charging, retrying. Took up with Paytm whose app had provided the special discount voucher for the same. After spending a lot of time, sharing details, photos, got no solution, not even contact details of the vendor.
Then approached ZOP, gave exhaustive details & photos to geta standard reply of the purchase being time-barred.
As item is offered ONLY on prepaid basis, then the stone-walling first by Paytm, then ZOP, one feels cheated. Is rejected - discarded material being offered on heavy discount by the vendor with support from Paytm? Seems so.
I have escalated my 8ss to the Nodal Authority at Shiprocket a day ago, await a positive response.
That's the worst headphones i received. The plastic quality is headphones are awful very cheap quality. Sound is also not too good.
Quality of the product is very poor
Looking good....but cancelled by delivery partner.....don't know why?
I didn't receive my package and they are showing that already delivered. Its not fair i just scammed π₯².
It is not working since I received and also not get any feedback from this company
Your AuraX P9 Bluetooth Headphones π§ are great. They're lightweight and sound great. ππππ
Don't order guys, the piece is damaged, even if it was not an damaged piece the quality is wayyyyyy more poor than any 200/- headphones....... I didn't even bother to return the product I just threw them out....... Worst quality EVER!!!!
Only mono sound available, no stereo. Also less options for return or replacement.
AFTER FULLY CHARGED BATTERY DRAIN IN 1HR
Below average in terms of performance, looks are ok ; frankly I did not expect much at that price and hence itβs fine. I would not have certainly bought it for its so called listed price. There is neither any deep bass nor noise isolation. No issues for I cannot obviously compare it with my Bose white knight headphones π
Audio is great. Head phone clamp holder can be softer.
Worst battery backup

Receive broken piece. Poor packaging
Good
Very low sound and it's uncomfortable for ear
