The quality of the eardopes is very bad.. seriously ,I was not expecting this and I am not satisfied with the product.. it showed me around 2k on online platform but after seeing the product is not worth it at all

I am writing to formally complain about a defective pair of earbuds I recently purchased from you. The product has multiple connectivity and performance issues, making it completely unusable. While it sometimes connects to Bluetooth, the connection drops almost immediately, and other times it fails to connect at all. Additionally, the sound quality is exceptionally poor, and my music and videos constantly pause automatically while playing. Overall, this is a very bad product, and I expect you to look into this matter
Not arrived in working condition
Play time is less just an hour. And charging time is more than 2 to 3 hour. It is good to fit in size. There is not any logo or branding name.
I purchased this product last month ,16 june 2026. I did not get this item till today ,but I often got email saying that the item was delivered on June 23 .
There is no way to make complain ,phn no. and email they placed is uselass.not working .I just waste my money

Dont buy and waste your money. After received if product damage of defect they will not respond and earbuds are also of low quality
