2. Replacement is applicable only for defective products if an unboxing video is shared within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method after the product is received back at origin, with shipping charges deducted.
4. 100-day warranty applicable only on power banks and smartwatches.

IT IS EAR DAMAGING AND A PERFECT HAZARD. THEY MAKE A BLASTING SOUND WHILE TURNING ON RIGHT IN YOUR EAR. THIS IS BEYOND ANY BEARABLE SOUND I HAVE EVER HEARD. THEY DO NOT TURN OFF EVEN AFTER PUTTING THEM BACK IN THEIR CASE. THE BLUETOOTH WILL REMAINCONNECTED UNTIL YOU TURN IT OFF IN YOUR MOBILE PHONE.
