Very bad product. Don’t go for it
Brush head missing
Extremely good quality product. I am enjoying its usage. Can go for it blindly.
I am writing regarding order #1227627 for the DentX Sonic Electric Toothbrush.
The product I received is not working, even though it has not been used. Since the item is defective upon arrival, I would like to request a full refund.
Please let me know the next steps for returning the item and processing my refund

"I’ve been using the ZivX DentX for over a month now, and the difference compared to a manual toothbrush is night and day. The 40,000 sonic strokes per minute provide a deep, vibrating clean that leaves my teeth feeling polished—honestly, it feels like I just stepped out of a professional dental cleaning every morning.
What I appreciate most are the 5 distinct cleaning modes. I usually stick to 'Clean' for my daily routine, but the 'Sensitive' mode was a lifesaver when I had some gum tenderness last week. The built-in 2-minute timer with 30-second pulses is incredibly helpful; it actually forced me to realize I had been rushing my brushing for years!
The battery life is the real standout feature. I charged it once when I first got it, and it's still going strong four weeks later, which makes it perfect for travel since I don't need to pack the USB cable. Plus, getting 3 replacement brush heads in the box adds so much value compared to the expensive big-name brands. If you're looking for a high-performance sonic brush without the luxury price tag, the DentX is a no-brainer. Highly recommended!"
Horrible product, stopped working after just 1 use.
A received a defective product.
I raised the issue and still haven't received a response
The product did not work
Absolute scam. Don’t buy this trash. I got fooled by their so-called ‘₹4K product for ₹399’ offer and thought I was getting a great deal. Turns out it’s just cheap, low-quality garbage from some random brand. Total disappointment the moment it was delivered. And the worst part? No proper return policy. Unless it’s defective, you’re stuck with it—and they expect you to record an unboxing video like it’s some joke. Complete nonsense. Stop fooling customers with fake pricing and pathetic quality.
